What it does with your data.

Quote Reply for Gemini runs only on gemini.google.com. It adds quote-reply, Smart Paste, Table of Contents, Bookmarks, usage limits and Auto Mode to the Gemini page.

It asks for storage, unlimited storage and alarms, to keep your settings and bookmarks on your device. It has access to gemini.google.com and to api2.amplitude.com for usage analytics.

The extension sends usage analytics to Amplitude. Telemetry is strictly limited to aggregated, anonymous UI event counts (such as button clicks) to improve stability. Chat text, prompts, and response contents are NEVER transmitted or logged.

All quoted snippets, smart paste conversions, bookmarks, and chat history are processed locally in your browser memory and Chrome local storage. Nothing is stored on external servers.
